Isaiah Jackson
President and CEO
Dr. Jackson’s conducting career spans 35 years and six continents, with titled positions on four, and includes hundreds of orchestras and thousands of concerts. His addresses, lectures, and recordings have been published and broadcast worldwide. Dr. Jackson has also held teaching positions at universities and colleges in the US and Europe, and is a frequent guest lecturer on a wide range of topics including cross-cultural studies, music, and philosophy. He has conducted concerts and programs for children of all ages and backgrounds and has participated in numerous teacher-training and professional development seminars for educators and administrators. Dr. Jackson is currently an Associate Professor at the Berklee College of Music and a Fellow at the W. E. B. DuBois Institute at Harvard University.
Dr. Jackson holds degrees from Harvard University and Stanford University, a Doctor of Musical Arts from the Juilliard School, and several honorary doctorate degrees.
Peter Sauer
Chairman (Non-Executive)
Mr. Sauer has over 25 years of experience in healthcare business development and health insurance operations. He currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of Fresenius Medical Care Health Plan (“FMCHP”) and he was instrumental in securing the funding for development. Prior to his work with FMCHP he was a co-founder of Renal Disease Management, LLC, where he served as Executive Vice President/Chief Development Officer. In this role Mr. Sauer was instrumental in securing the funding that launched the company’s operations and developed and managed its business strategy, and he was actively involved in the company’s successful management-led leveraged buyouts.
In addition to his work with FMCHP, Mr. Sauer serves as the Executive Vice President and General Partner of SPCS Investment Group (“SPCS”), a venture placement and management operations firm. Mr. Sauer has served as an executive in hospitals and physician practices, where he was responsible for operations as well as program and business development. In 1988, Mr. Sauer formed Anderson Management, where he was responsible for the management of a venture fund that he successfully invested for the company. Additionally, Mr. Sauer has served on the board of directors of several venture-backed start up companies, including American Business Communications, Inc.; FedSmer, Inc.; and Physician Strategies 2000.
Katharine Jackson
Vice President of Finance
Ms. Jackson is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to attending business school, she was a research associate at Wellington Management Company, LLP, an institutional investment management firm. In her position, Ms. Jackson conducted fundamental and financial analysis on small-cap consumer companies. She has passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination.
Ms. Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Harvard College.
Robbie Mitchell
Managing Director / Co-Founder
Mr. Mitchell is a co-founder of RRR and manages the company’s day-to-day operations. He has over seven years of management experience in the private and non-profit sectors, most recently at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, where he supported the work of a leading development economist and a research center.
He previously worked as Financial Analyst for a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, a tech firm providing Tier 1 broadband services to the automotive industry. His analysis and reporting helped the new business unit become profitable.
Mr. Mitchell recently served as Assistant Secretary-General for National Model United Nations (NMUN), an international collegiate conference of over 4,000 students simulating the work of the UN. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wright State University.
Ben Jackson
Artistic Director / Co-Founder
Mr. Jackson is a co-founder of RRR and oversees the artistic direction of the Company. He has ten years of experience in music composition and production, and is a well-known singer and beatboxer in the Boston area. Mr. Jackson’s classroom experience includes positions as an English instructor in Daejeon, Korea, and as a teacher at Summerbridge Cambridge, an after-school enrichment program.
Mr. Jackson has served as recording engineer and producer on six studio albums–including the award-winning 9 to 5: the Late Sessions (2003), …And Three Wishes (2005), and Cocktail Napkin (2007)–and has toured nationally with several vocal bands. He has been featured on National Public Radio, in the Boston Globe, and on local radio and TV stations across the country.
Mr. Jackson’s most recent employment was as an Admissions and Financial Aid Officer at Harvard University. Mr. Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Harvard College and is currently pursuing a JD/MBA at Stanford University.
Helen Jackson
Director of Finance and Administration
Ms. Jackson has 15 years of music education and arts administration experience as President of The Hochstein School, a community school of music and dance in Rochester, NY. Ms. Jackson has also served as a grants consultant for the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) and a member of the NYSCA Special Arts Services Panel. National service includes Chairman of the Commission for Non-Degree Granting Institutions for the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) and member of the Accrediting Team for Non-Degree Institutions for NASM. Other national Boards memberships include the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts.
Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Drake University and a Master of Music in Performance and Literature from The Eastman School of the University of Rochester.
