The Most Engag­ing Edu­ca­tional Music on the Planet

Our edu­ca­tional music library con­tains five albums of rap/hip-hop and pop songs in five major sub­ject areas: Math songs, Sci­ence songs, Eng­lish Lan­guage Arts songs, Social Stud­ies songs (pri­mar­ily US His­tory), and Eco­nom­ics songs. Each song page has lyrics, related links, and state stan­dards. Most pur­chased songs come with custom-made work­sheets ideal for class­room and home-school use.

We also cre­ate spe­cial themed col­lec­tions, which are groups of songs that include top­ics from our larger albums as well as other sin­gles. The spe­cial col­lec­tions come with games, quizzes, and work­sheets for each song. Exam­ples include Black His­tory Month songs, Earth Day songs, and Read­ing Month songs.

The Four Ver­sions (aka “Scaf­fold­ing”)

Each rap and hip-hop song comes in four ver­sions to assist with teach­ing and learn­ing.

• The Orig­i­nal Track: the com­plete song at its nor­mal tempo.
• The Down­tempo Track: the com­plete song at a reduced tempo.
• The Recall Track™ elim­i­nates key words from the lyrics.
• The Instru­men­tal Track: karaoke-style, with­out the lead vocals dur­ing the verses.

• ^* Total num­ber of tracks is mul­ti­plied by four in each album or col­lec­tion. For exam­ple, the Social Stud­ies album con­tains 10 unique tracks pro­duced in four ver­sions, for a total of 40 songs.
