Isaiah Jackson : Chairman

Dr. Jackson’s conducting career spans 35 years and six continents, with titled positions on four, and includes hundreds of orchestras and thousands of concerts. His addresses, lectures, and recordings have been published and broadcast worldwide. Dr. Jackson has also held teaching positions at universities and colleges in the US and Europe, and is a frequent guest lecturer on a wide range of topics including cross-cultural studies, music, and philosophy. He has conducted concerts and programs for children of all ages and backgrounds and has participated in numerous teacher-training and professional development seminars for educators and administrators. Dr. Jackson is currently an Associate Professor at the Berklee College of Music. Dr. Jackson holds degrees from Harvard University and Stanford University, a Doctor of Musical Arts from the Juilliard School, and several honorary doctorate degrees.

Ben Jackson : Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jackson is a co-founder of RRR and oversees the artistic direction of the Company. He has fifteen years of experience in music composition and production, has served as recording engineer and producer on six studio albums, and has toured nationally with several musical groups Mr. Jackson’s teaching experience includes positions as an English instructor in Daejeon, Korea, and as a teacher at Breakthrough Cambridge, an after-school enrichment program. He has been featured on National Public Radio, in the Boston Globe, and on local radio and TV stations across the country. Mr. Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Harvard College and a JD/MBA from Stanford University. He currently lives and practices law in New York City.

Robbie Mitchell : Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Mitchell is a co-founder of RRR and oversees the company’s marketing and distribution. He currently lives in New York City and leads marketing at Knewton, an education technology company. He previously worked at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he supported the work of a leading economist and a research center dedicated to international development. Prior to that he worked as a Financial Analyst for a division of Reynolds and Reynolds.

Helen Jackson : Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Jackson has 15 years of music education and arts administration experience as President of The Hochstein School, a community school of music and dance in Rochester, NY. Ms. Jackson has also served as a grants consultant for the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) and a member of the NYSCA Special Arts Services Panel. National service includes Chairman of the Commission for Non-Degree Granting Institutions for the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) and member of the Accrediting Team for Non-Degree Institutions for NASM. Other national Boards memberships include the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts. Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Drake University and a Master of Music in Performance and Literature from The Eastman School of the University of Rochester.
